NAPSA Board Chairperson
Mrs. Kasanda holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Employment Relations from the University of Turin in Italy as well as Bachelor of Arts Degree with Education from the University of Zambia.
She is presently the Assistant Labour Commissioner at the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, having served in various other positions in the Ministry. Ms. Kasanda brings to the Board experience in Industrial and Employment Relations, Conciliation and Mediation of Labour Disputes, and Labour Law Reform Processes.
