NAPSA Board Chairperson
Ms. Zulu is an economics professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily in the public sector. She has worked in several capacities in the Ministry of Finance where she joined as an Economist in 2003 and rose through the ranks to the position of Assistant Director – Domestic Debt, a position she currently holds.
Ms. Zulu holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Zambia. She sits on various Board including the Zambia Cooperative Federation of Zambia and Coffee Board of Zambia. She is also a member of the National Task Force on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and the Eastern and Southern Africa Anti-Money Laundering Group (ESSAMLG).
